Tale Wedding unfolded at Winterbourne Inn in Orange Park, Florida. This was not just a typical wedding…this was a spectacular wedding! Our guests continue to describe it as, “The best wedding they ever attended!”

Amy guided us through the most difficult and challenging tasks. First, the wedding invitations. She set up an appointment to review wedding invitation options, and we not only looked at wedding invitations, but multiple items that could be used for our wedding party and guest boxes. Our earlier experiences searching the web on our own for invitations was not very productive.  Amy took us to the right place to select our invitations, RSVP cards, parking signs, and all the rest of the printed materials.

Our wedding invitation was personalized for us. We provided a picture of the location of the Inn. The picture included our small dog, Tulip, sitting on the steps to welcome our guests. The picture was modified to look like a painting.  When you opened the envelope, the picture was the first thing you would see.  You could unfold the envelope and have a complete picture of the 1800’s Inn and Tulip on the steps. The colors were in keeping with our wedding theme. Our guests called/texted and shared with us how that the invitations were beautiful, unique and special. We would have never found this option without Amy.  It set the stage for the beginning of our fantastic wedding.

Amy had the most challenging part of the wedding.  She helped us view and select the wedding party gifts and their room boxes filled with native goodies and personalized wedding gifts.  She provided us with options for the guest boxes and decorated each one. This was not an easy task because she gave us many options to consider. We loved the homemade butterfly cookies, affirmations on a special key ring, match boxes/cozies with Tulip’s picture. Even personalized coasters with a picture of Winterbourne Inn.  All of these had our names or initials imprinted on them.

Amy had an excellent contact who did the dinner tables, centerpiece decorations, arbor decorations, front porch decorations, fireplace, and entrance foyer. He even used the same flowers to decorate our cake. The color and flower theme was perfect throughout the venue. The vendors she selected not only worked with her, but they remained in contact with us in the selection process.  If we had an issue, she interceded and got things right.
